The Energy Whisperer

Today, I am knee deep in learning all about Twitter.  Yes, I realize that I’m late to the party.  Don’t give me any grief.  With the unwrapping of my new website, has also come the delicious gifts of my new Facebook badge and twitter background.  I can’t thank my amazing design team (Nathalie Lussier and Natasha Lakso) and photographer (Pamela Einarsen) enough.

Coming back to twitter… one interesting thing that you have to do when you create a twitter profile, is that you have 140 characters to reveal who you are.  Interesting.  Of course, all of us are far more than 140 characters, but it is kind of fun to boil down what you are all about in your business in just 140 characters.

Energy Whisperer is what immediately came to mind.  “Hmmm, I like that,” I thought.  That is so true.

Changing the choices that you make each day to move you in the direction of having more energy is a shape shifting process.  You must mold your choices slowly and deliberately over time.  The creation of more energy is like the ebb and flow of the waves washing over the sand.

Having the energy to create, share, be present, be calm, listen deeply, climb a mountain, achieve the next level, or run faster is a yin and yang process. 

To be fully awake, first you have to allow yourself to deeply sleep.  To race a PR, first you have to fuel your body with ultimate nourishment.  To give fully of your gifts, first you have to clearly define your boundaries, build up a fullness of internal strength, and find for yourself a spiritual power source that will scaffold you intensely enough to allow you to freely give.
